The Arena also provides an ideal training venue for developing the skills of the local adult community. It has already been used by both Premier Sport and Hertfordshire FA, and the combination of the IT training suite with the more relaxed bar 'break-out' area provides a flexible setting for use by governing bodies of sport, local businesses and colleges providing in-service and external professional development.
