A pitch fit for pros
Our full-size 3rd generation artificial, floodlit pitch is perfect for play all year round. Using the latest technology the artificial turf is cushioned on sand and filled with rubber pellets providing a totally natural feeling for the sportsperson.
It has the same shock absorbency as soil and natural turf which is kind on the
muscles and joints. The area's top youth players from Hitchin Town FC and Luton
Town FC are already reaping the rewards of what it has to offer. The ground itself
is fully flexible to meet the needs of different groups. It can be used as one
full-size pitch or divided into four smaller pitches for mini football, tournaments
and other sports.
Spectators can also sit back and enjoy the surroundings with a covered seating area.
Changing Rooms
Four large changing rooms with shower facilities and lockers mean that the centre can be used by several different groups at the same time. Along with ample parking, the Arena is ideal for tournaments and business leagues.An on-site medical room is available for treating and providing physiotherapy for the players.
IT suite for training and conferences
A fully equipped IT suite provides the ideal training venue for football teams, businesses, schools and colleges.
With nine Apple Macs, five iMacs, laptops and two interactive whiteboards, the modern facility is ideal for bespoke training for groups of up to 16 people.

Relax in The Arena Café & Bar
You'll get a warm welcome at the The Arena Café & Bar, with modern surroundings and two plasma screens, it's a smart venue to have a drink and a lite bite. We'd be pleased to see you whether you've come to play or watch football or simply want to drop in for a coffee and a bite to eat during the day.

Country Walks
We are located just behind Ivel Springs Local Nature Reserve, a 37 acre open space popular with walkers. The site has a history stretching back more that five thousand years and a rich diversity of wildlife. Why not park your car at the Arena and explore using the many paths that criss-cross the site. Stop off afterwards for a warming hot drink and a bite to eat. Bar, refreshments and toilet facilities are available to all walkers.
